General Terms and Conditions for Collaboration with Influencers

1. Definitions 1. Party 1: Techweise BV, located at Fascinatio Boulevard 522, 2909 VA in Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands. 1.2. Party 2: Influencer: The individual party that Techweise BV partners with to promote products or services on social media platforms.

2. Reuse of posted content

2.1. Techweise BV reserves the right to reuse any content posted by the Influencer for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements and social media posts.

3. Timely posting of content

3.1. The Influencer agrees to post the agreed-upon content on their social media platforms within the agreed-upon timeframe, as specified in the cooperation agreement or web contact.
3.2. If the Influencer fails to post the content within the agreed timeframe, Techweise BV reserves the right to impose a penalty according to the terms set forth in the Collaboration Agreement.

4. Placement of a clickable URL in the description

4.1. After posting a video promoting Techweise products, the Influencer must include the corresponding product link in their social media bio and leave it in the bio for a minimum of five (5) days after the video is published.

5. Payment and compensation

5.1. Payment and compensation for the cooperation will be regulated in a separate cooperation agreement between Techweise BV and the Influencer.

6. Termination of Collaboration

6.1. Techweise BV reserves the right to terminate the cooperation with the Influencer at any time if the Influencer violates these Terms and Conditions or the cooperation agreement.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Confidential information and materials may be shared during the collaboration. The Influencer agrees to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

8. Applicable law and disputes

8.1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these general conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Influencer agrees to the terms and obligations set forth herein for working with Techweise BV. All other specific details and terms of the cooperation will be laid down in a separate cooperation agreement
