It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend you first report complaints to us by emailing info@techweise.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur by clicking here.
From February 15, 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found here . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, it is free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
